How To Convert Powerpoint to Word in MS Office 2007 ?


For presentations we have Power Point. If we want the slides as word document, we can convert them directly in MS office 2007 without any new software or application. Read the post and know the way.
1. Click on the “Office” button >> Publish >> Create Handouts in Microsoft Office Word
2. Now it will open
Send to Microsoft Office Word“. You can see some page layout styles. Choose one as per your need. In “Add slides to Microsoft Office Word document” choose paste or paste link as you like.
3. Now it will open a new Word document of your Powerpoint Presentation.
4. Thats it. Save your word document.
